UPDATE: As of this post I’ve spoken to a manager requested a refund and STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE! I keep getting the run around DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY THEYRE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!
Last week I had called and attempted to get a Monday appointment for a same day dryer repair. The technician never showed or communicated so when the time came for the repair to be happening I reached out and the technician rescheduled claiming to be caught up with another repair. Very unprofessional to not communicate but I let it go and just rescheduled for Thursday. On Thursday I reached out to confirm because the confirmation they sent didn’t replicate the communication had with the technician while rescheduling he again tried to back out of my appointment. I insisted on keeping my appointment and time he showed up and couldn’t do the repair the same day as advertised stating he had to order the parts and could come back Monday. Well it’s Tuesday and I still have a broken dryer this “same day fix” has now turned into a week long event with me getting the run around constantly and having my card charged without any service provided for more than the amount told to me by the original scheduler I spoke to. I’ve asked twice to speak to management or a supervisor and the first time was told there wasn’t one available to call back in the morning. The second time when I called back in the morning, was told a manager is always available 24/7 and they’d reach out to me at some point today but of course couldn’t provide a time frame on when. The company is extremely poor at communication and I’m tired of getting yanked around.
