BigFoot Java — Restaurant in Pacific

So, usually I don’t do bad reviews, but this one is worth it. I walked to the stand and asked if they do Apple Pay cause I forgot my wallet. Besides the girl being in a bad mood (which happens to the best of us) and messing up the order, she took my phone for the Apple Pay, and deliberately hides her reading machine so we don’t see the screen, and the first time Apple Pay didn’t go through (cause she needed my passcode or face). She asked for the second time which I did myself this time. But the thing that’s shady, she always tried to hide the screen of the pay machine so I don’t finish the tipping and signing. And after getting my order (which wasn’t right again) I asked to finish my transaction on the screen. The other lady told me she not going to let me cause she wasn’t the one who took our order (shady!!!) and the girl that took our order, was hiding behind the counter and told this other girl to tell us that there is nothing to finish and we are good to go, which wasn’t true. I could see that there was still the screen with the option to choose tips and sign.

I’m wandering now how many of you got screwed this way, when you “tipped” unknowingly and “signed” with “your” signature.

Anyways, not stoping by this place ever again, and guys, always finish the transaction, or someone else will do it for...

So it's 4:37 in the morning a.m. there's a sign that says we do not serve walk-ups from dusk to Dawn I asked the lady what time is dawn she said when is enough light outside. There was enough light outside the sun has not risen yet . It was coming up but it wasn't quite up to the top of the trees but it's clearly visibly morning time so I look up Google I said Google so what time is dawn in Tacoma Washington Google told me 4:34 a.m. now there's only a 3-minute difference I could have waited a few more minutes but the sign clearly says from dusk to Dawn . I wá merely going by what their sign says now all I wanted a small coffee in the water take my dog for a walk every morning I have to go to a different route . Also my dog is a registered service dog because I'm a veteran he also has his papers at all times with him the other last held up her phone and showed the 911 numbers on her phone I did not use any vulgar language or make any kind of threatening gestures I merely took a picture of the sign that says...

I thought it was just me when it happened the first time, but I feel I've been scammed twice now at this place. A couple weeks ago I stopped and ordered a grande Americano and it cost me like $6 something, almost $7. I thought they charged me for a flavor on accident but I had already signed for it for figured I'd let it go. I thought not much of it but then I looked at their prices it should have been three something. The next time I came, I made sure that they didn't overcharge me... So when Isigned for my debit transaction I made sure it looked correct, and then I looked at my bank account and see that actually I was charged about a dollar more than what I signed for which means they wrote in an extra tip or something.... very very shady I will not be back to this location! And I've been a Bigfoot Java loyal customer for many many years probably about 2 decades at this point.. I've given them much of my money over the years, but I do not do well with...
