Me and my partner went to DQ to get dinner last night. We ordered the new chicken and biscuit order and a drink. We then ordered a regular chicken basket and a drink, and a cheese burger. As we pulled forward, my partner said the girl didn’t repeat the order back to him which concerned him. Also, there were no cars behind us.
When we got to the window and paid, we were given one chicken basket, 2 drinks, a cheeseburger. We were also given an order of onion rings which we didn’t order. We told the girl at the window about the missing chicken basket, she said we didn’t order it and looked at our receipt. She seemed aggravated and said we we would have to order a chicken basket and pay for it. Of course we’re going to pay for it if we didn’t. After a few minutes of waiting, she said the only way to order it would be to pull around and get back in the drive through line. By this time, there were several cars behind us. This was her suggestion. By her attitude, it felt like she blamed us and she wasn’t going to consider any other solution. I said we weren’t going to do that and we ended up driving across the street to jack in the box and ordered chicken there.
Talk about poor customer service in addition to attitude... wow. We live close and come to this DQ often. We may...
Read moreThis is indeed the rudest place ever. I Took my kids there, but what we encountered was very crazy. We ordered 4 large fries, 4 small Sodas, 1 order of onion rings, and 1 burger, but she gave us 1 Small soda and 1 water along with a bag that contained the rest of the food. We told them there should be 4 sodas, so they immediately gave us the rest of the drinks.
We drove to the parking lot and I started giving the kids their food, but I found out we were missing two fries. I went back to the drive-thru and spoke with the same lady.
She rudely said “ I put in 4 fries”,. I told that we have 2 and if you want, you can check. She said to pull over we can check your CAR. I was surprised and came to the next window. when she found out i was recording, she changed her words saying she meant to check the BAG.
The owner who happened to be the cook started yelling saying he put in 4 fries. When I showed him the bag, he still insisted that he put in 4 fries. And then rudely said we will call the cops if you don’t move out of the drive thru .
I called the DairyQueen customer service team and they were very professional and said “ they will escalate this case to the Washington office.
I have read the comments from other customers and they have also stated these...
Read moreI am reviewing this based off delivery primarily cause I am not a DQ fan. I am a basic B when it comes to ice cream & want chocolate in a cake cone so blizzards aren't my thing. The rest of my family loves blizzards so if you do too they are the same at this location as anywhere else.
In my opinion the food is gross, the burgers are a step down from Burger King which is one of my least favorite burgers. The fries aren't good either, but most of my deliveries are a combo of chicken & blizzards so maybe the chicken is good.
This location was 75% better than the south auburn location but it was all the signs about staff shortages I found more distasteful. Every low paying low appreciation job is having staffing shortages so yah I am either I am a butthead who is going to take it out on the staff that is desperate enough to do the work or not, the signs aren't going to help. Make the job appealing enough ppl wanna work there. It's not just pay that attracts employees. Word of mouth about a workplace environment that respects an employee as a human being...
