Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Pacific

I hold fast food places to certain standards: their own standards. I know what most places have established as standards for timing, accuracy, and quality. This location is normally within standards, so I have no complaints on those factors. My issue is with pricing - this location seems pricier than others. If I'm paying $9 for a standard burger (no cheese) and fries (large) without a drink, then I expect something better than I get from Jack's. The combo, with drink, is cheaper... but I don't want a drink, so I'm penalized. I'm unhappy. EDIT: I appreciate the response, but you missed my point. When I'm short on time and hungry, I turn to reliable quick-service sources. In a hurry, I'm not likely to use coupons and apps. It seems SUPREMELY WASTEFUL for me to order a combo and throw the drink in the trash to save ~25%. (According to major distributors in the U.S. post mix soda dispensers are improperly configured quite often. I can tell. Plus, I am trying to drink more water. ) Ordering a combo without the drink (which I just tried) gets me the elevated price. I want dependable goods and services for a reasonable price, without games and gimmicks. Jack gave up the whole clown motif years ago, for a reason. My husband went through with a migraine to get some food to take some pain killers he is sick also heading into work, he was sitting in drive thru and he was in pain, he sat there for a few minutes in agony (If you’ve never had migraine pain to deal with it’s like ice picks just stabbing at your eyes over and over again.) and when he opened his eyes he drove forward got his food told them he was sick and had a migraine when he noticed they were looking at him strangely, hell they even gave him a free coffee, then they called the cops on him for being drunk.

He works morning shift at the warehouses near by so he works a lot of OT. Well he got pulled over and was let go with no warning or anything but they made him late to work. And he got in a lot of trouble for it. I called and they told me it was policy. I’ve worked fast food ( even JIB) it was never policy to call the cops in a customer unless we KNEW they were drunk. HE is sick and suffers from chronic migraines.

I hope all you workers get sick and have horrible migraines, then I hope you have to go into work so you don’t risk losing your job. I hope you get the cops called on you for DUI and I hope you all get popped with a possession charge. Will NEVER be coming...

I have been ordering from this Jack and the box well had no choice because it's the only one closest to my home for the last couple years I am so tired of every other time that I order there's always something missing if you order strips it's like yeah we want our sauce with our food there's always something wrong I ordered off the app didn't get the burger for my other child had to go back out last time I had to make food for my child because they didn't give me his food missing drinks they gave me jalapeno poppers and gave me three burnt pieces with nothing inside like come on this is getting out of hand I'm tired of night Crew not picking up the phones when we call order cheeseburgers another day through drive-thru told him no cheese for two of them guess what had cheese on all of them my child cannot eat cheese I am so tired of this happening like who wants to scrape cheese off of a burger when there's no point in doing so like I spend too much money with this place I work I go to school so yes it comes in handy to have a fast food place right up the street they need to fix what's going on there I still haven't been back to get my jalapeno poppers and then now another issue where is my...
