What happened to the handicap parking, there is not one handicap spot in the whole parking lot. The Goodwill store no longer has wheelchairs for the handicapped. I think ignoring the handicapped people in the area is going to cause them to lose alot of business. There are many elderly people in the area that needs handicapped accessibility in order to shop. I myself do. I used to give tons of stuff to this Goodwill store, I will now give to Purple Hearts or the amvets and Salvation Army instead. Read moreClean store, friendly staff. Only issue, is that second-hand stores should not be as or more expensive than retail. Nearly $10 for a used T-shirt, with snags and stains (no matter how small) is not thrift prices.
Since that likely reflects on Good Will as a name brand, rather than this location itself, I knocked only 1 star off my rating. If it were corporate, I'd rate lower, but this store's location is rather decent and if not for the prices would receive 5★.

I really hope so because the east side of Algonquin has always been put on the back burner since Randall Road was being built up.
