edit just saw the email with the "snarky reply" someone deleted in response to this post. How about a lagit we care about the 80+ dollars bar bill you racked up past 3 weeks in a row? How about the fact that I told you I would leave if you couldn't even let a single song finish playing without pausing, and then I did before I got the chance to even bowl a game? How about the way all the bowlers kept giving groans and hands up with "what the..." Looks at the front desk when the music stopped abruptly, constantly! You let some teen agers run the front desk and the young man was trying to impress the young girl and that caused us all to have a.... Disrupted time. Yeah, I only paid for about 4 games of pool and 7-8 drinks. Would have been more if what I stated in my review would not have happened. If the fact you ran me off with a bad experience means I didn't "spend enough money" to be heard.... Well... Also I'm saving the email with the response that was deleted and if ANYONE questions the validity of this post hit me up... I'll be more than happy to share it. Man, I've been here 4 times, tonight was the 4'th. Normally great prices and very friendly staff, excellent 80's rock with a great atmosphere. Tonight however, teens at the front desk didn't say a word two us when we stood in front of them for a good 5 minutes. Music, well bounced between heavy rap (HEAVY AND OFFENSIVE), didn't even play the entire song before cutting into hip hop. Was there about 2 hours, don't think I heard a whole song of anything. Asked "what's up with the music? This kinda sucks, can you do something about it?" Was told they'd call the desk and see what they can do. It's a Saturday night, 11:30pm, the bar made last call???? I went and asked what's up and was told "it's kinda slow so we're just gonna shut it down early, I can still make you something if you want (as the music skipped to silence, Bak to a few seconds of rap, then back where we were with Jimmy Hendrix)?" No, I'm good I'll pass. I guess this place has some real 'hit or miss'. Idk if I'm gonna go back. I guess there's a reason to go-to Main Event. More money but at least consistent service. We’ve been there several times a year, and always had a great experience! Today was extremely disappointing. First off, due to new rules, we had to take my 3 little girls’ water bottles to the car. No drinks whatsoever allowed. Then, they required us to use 2 lanes because we had 7 total people with kids. We dealt with that, but without warning at all, they took the bumpers away from my oldest daughter saying her ball hit them too hard. She was not being aggressive, and it hadn’t happened often at all, but they refused to put them back even to let her try to avoid them. She was heartbroken because she could no longer hit any pins at all and had no chance to prepare herself for the change. We basically threw $35 down the toilet because she stopped bowling after that. Expecting others to hold their emotions when you so caustically and unprofessional offer the most minimal retributions and then having the audacity to respond a review (covering your own butt) by saying you don’t rent the room…….. and then saying y’all rented the room to someone else…….1 sentence later….
