Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Alliance

I really enjoy going to Chipotle, and as a college student, I come here a lot. Background: I am vegetarian, trying to go vegan again. I haven't eaten meat in over a year. I enjoy Chipotle in particular so I can have my sofritas. Situation: There have been bits of steak flung into my sofritas four times in the past four times I have gone to this particular store. I've never experienced this at all back home, or anywhere else I've gone. For those that don't know, I would get very sick if I ate meat at this point. I could have an allergy, for all they know. Cross contamination is a serious issue regardless, and who is to say sofritas aren't being flung into the other food? Soy is one of the major allergies. Because this keeps happening, I keep bringing it up to the staff, and this last time I was treated almost like a petulant kid. Me bringing up your issues with food safety says nothing about me. So today I visited Chipotle st 1630 State St In alliance Ohio. I made an online order 1:45 and For pick up at 2:00pm. When I showed up a worker had to write my order down. And she went in the back to fix it. She brought it out it was the wrong order. I asked the cashier Carolyn or Caroline can I get my correct order. She put the food and the back and came out and didnt say anything to me and she kept serving everyone elsem I asked for the manager she didnt know what to do. So I had to wait for 25 people to be done in order to get my food. But a WHITE LADY CAME IN WITH THE SAME ISSUE ONLINE ORDERING AND GOT HER FOOD IN 5 MINUTES. I TOLD THE CASHIER HOW RUDE SHE WAS. SHE DECIDED TO ARGUE WITH ME. ANOTHER COWORKER HAD TO GRAB HER AND PULL HER OFF THE LINE BECAUSE SHE STARTED CUSSING AT ME. AND NO I DID NOT USE ONE CUSSWORD TOWARDS THIS YOUNG LADY!!!NO APOLOGY OR NOTHING!!! NO REFUND OR NOTHING....

Unfortunately, the worst experience I think I’ve ever had with a chipotle ever. My boyfriend and I went in to get dinner for us and his family. The girl who was making the order was messing it up left and right. And then got mad when we corrected her and started throwing stuff all over and then proceeded to scream at me when I put my finger even a little bit over to the glass to point at what we needed on each. I’ve never seen them measure cheese before, but I guess that is something they do now and they barely give you any if it even makes it in your bowl because the People preparing it are throwing it all over the counter.
