Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Alliance

We order here quite a bit and it's always fine. I have a dairy allergy so I usually get the garden pizza without cheese. No problem. Tonight I wanted to try the papa bowls. All veggies and sauce, no cheese. We ordered online and made sure all the cheeses were marked off. I got it and it was covered in cheese. Unfortunately I go through this a lot but I have a severe milk protein allergy and get extremely sick for over 24 hours with just one bite. We called back and they said it was a computer error and they would send another. An hour and a half no food yet. Called again and they said sorry we aren't allowed to make another one. Ok... you could have called and told me that so I wasn't sitting here for 90 minutes starving and waiting. My fiance told her about my dairy allergy and how I've been waiting almost 2 hours to eat. She said she will go ahead and send another one. I got it and it was covered in parmesan cheese. At this point I felt it was on purpose. Delivery drivers were nice though, I tipped them both. Placed an order on the phone at 5:25 pm was told it would be delivered in 45 min. Called an hour and a half later to make sure they actually did get my order since kids were starting to fall asleep. They apologized saying it should be there right now they were running behind but it will be there now. Another hour went by it’s now 8:00. So we called back in to cancel the order. If you can’t deliver a pizza you shouldn’t tell people 45 min. When they call. And when we call in to cancel order because after 2.5 hours the people intended for the order are sleeping or gone don’t read us the specials like you have any business taking another order. Will not be calling back! To be clear. You could have told me that it could be hours because you guys were busy and I would have figured out something else with no review needed but lying 2 times while we waited for dinner that never showed. We usually order here regularly and have no issues. Today I order and the total came to 22.95. We were paying cash with a $50 bill and I called to be sure the drive had change (after tip they would of only had to give us $20 back). I was told by the rude manager there that the drivers werent allowed to take 50s. I asked since when. He replied they never been allowed. Funny, I've paid with a 50 before with no issues and I worked there TWICE and we were allowed to take 50s, as long as we made as driver made sure to carry the change we would need for the order, we just werent allowed to take $100 bills. Unfortunately, the manager wouldn't budge on this false info, so I told him to just cancel the order then. He said OK and abruptly hung up on me.
