Town of Alma CO 80420 — Local services in Alma

I live in Alma and they tried to fine me 300$ for dumping a waste basket, you can see why it’s misleading when it says “town of Alma residents only”

My thought is instead of attempting to fine me (After I already pay property tax on land My family has owned for decades) Put your minds together figure out a way that guy who came after us can just sit in a booth and collect 5$ or whatever so that we may dispose of our trash properly , not that it’s any excuse but there’s trash all up and down mosquito pass and in the creek we’re the people who go out and clean it up on our own accord ....give it a rest man. And Nancy why yell at us from across the parking...

It's so refreshing in a world filled with so many problems to meet Amanda Orcutt that went out of her way too get my property back from somebody that blocked my number and multiple other people's numbers and was seemingly refusing to give me back a precious family heirloom a mere two weeks before our wedding. Other departments in other areas of the country would not have gone the extra mile. Thank you so much for being one of the great officers...
