THE WORST PHARMACY I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED THE PAST FEW MONTHS,THERE'S A SO-CALLED PHARMACIST THAT ACTUALLY TOLD ME HE WAS A DR.,LOL WELL HE MESSED UP MY DAUGHTER'S PRESCRIPTION THAT SHE NEEDED THAT NIGHT AND BECAUSE HE MADE "A BIG MISTAKE", SO THEREFORE MY DAUGHTER HAD TO SUFFER THROUGH THE WHOLE NIGHT,HE FOUND OUT HIS MISTAKE AFTER I CALLED MY INSURANCE CO.THIS GUY "CRAIG" DELETED MY HUSBAND'S REFILLS ON ONE OF HIS MEDS.BECAUSE I TOLD HIM I DIDNT NEED IT RIGHT THEN AND THEY ACCIDENTALLY FILLED IT N CHARGED MY INSURANCE $370,WHEN I GOT HOME I FOUND IT IN THE BAG N ASKED TO RETURN IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T ASK FOR IT(MIND YOU IT DIDN'T COST ME ANYTHING), HE TOLD ME NO, ANOTHER TIME HE INFORMED ME THAT THE QNTY OF MY PRESCRIPTION WAS 10% OVER WHAT THEY ALLOWED (PER HIS N THE STORE MANAGERS) NEW RULE, AND THAT I NEEDED TO ASK MY DR TO LOWER IT,LOL I ASKED HIM "R U MY DR. N DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME?" HE INFORMED ME, THAT HE IS A DR.,HE WAS VERY LOUD TALKING TO ME SO OTHER CUSTOMERS COULD HEAR HIM,THAT WAS SO EMBARRASSING. I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE HIPPA BOARD IN L.R. !I'M SWITCHING TO THE VANBUREN WALGREENS,THEY R VERY NICE N HELPFUL N FRIENDLY THERE. THANK YOU N HAVE A...

EDIT: now the problem is with The pharmacist her name is April she refuses to fill my mother‘s prescription because she wants my mother to have all her prescriptions sent to Walgreens so she has to pay for them, but my mother gets the rest of her medication through the VA and they are free for the most part the VA Does not feel narcotic prescriptions unless it’s a special circumstance This is stupid. Why would my mother want to transfer all her prescriptions there and end up having to pay several hundred dollars when she can get them for free. The Walgreens in Alma need to step up their game. Corporate will be called every day until something about this facility and pharmacy Is rectified Alma Is a small town and deserves better than this

Almost 1 hour holding to talk to anyone in the pharmacy. There has been 1 person ahead of me for over 45 minutes: Y’all are rude and need a better call system. Don't go to Alma AR Walgreens pharmacy if you can help it. When you call them expect to be on the phone for at least a half an hour if you're lucky. Their web has glitches, could not get the date I wanted for my shot. When I got a hold of someone I was told what I had to do, would not fix it for me. Went to their store and was told what to do again and was not helped at all. Figured out the web and got the appointment cancelled finally. Desided to go somewhere else. Called and found out I can walk in and get my shot with out an appointment. WOW. From start to finish the phone call to another Walgreens was 5 minutes. A month ago got COVID shot an had to wait an hour, 45 minutes after my original appointment time so much for going in early. While I was waiting someone came in to get their shot, after a 15 minute wait had to reschedule their appointment since she had to get back to work. Don't know how their customers can stand it. Would not recommend this place at all. Wish someone would fix the problems they have, they have lost...
