Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Alma

This is the worst run Sonic in the area...its so sad because Sonic is a great drive inn and has a variety of options to satisfy most. But when you see an ad for mouth watering tater tots smothered in chilli and cheese paired with an ice cold cherry limeade....and you order it....if you find a stall that is not broken....and wait forever....Im talking 15 to 20 minutes before you can place you're order....and then you hear the attendant say...we are out of tots....and they never have a cherry in the cherry limeade....I honest don't think they even order them....because they aren't on the ice cream shakes or sundaes either....luckily Brahms is across the street and are fast, friendly and accurate. Plus they are cheaper....but I got to say please fix this Sonic....Are they not required to have things are certain way in order to use the Sonic name and trademark? If I were Sonic...I would definitely recommend looking into this concern. It's just not right for them to be able to use you're trademark and trade name....because they are not doing you're company any justice by operating with the Sonic name...

Terrible customer service. The girl taking my order got frustrated because I asked her to make sure I got a large order of something, as the screen showed a medium. She immediately cut my order off and gave me my total. I wasn't even done ordering. After 5 minutes I finally got her back on and she rudely said she didn't know I wanted more stuff, took part of my remaining order, and quickly cut me off, gave me my total, and moved on. Yet again, STILL wasn't done ordering. I guess half of us are having sonic, the other half mcdonalds. ETA: good thing I didn't try to order the rest of my good there as they intentionally messed up my food just to spite me. These are my "sauced wings" I ordered, even after shaking to try to distribute the sauce. So sad that someone is having such a bad day that they would intentionally mess up someones food....

I've repeatedly had bad service at this location BUT I live in Alma so I do go now and again. For this visit I ordered on the app and my tea said it would be 5 minutes. I arrived 10 minutes later to have to wait for my beverage. They weren't too busy but it's summertime and having managed multiple Sonic locations in the past I know how they can be. Anyways - my drink arrived, carhop was super nice, got my beverage and went home. My tea was gross. It wasn't sour bc it had sat too long it was just gross - almost like a combination between too much water and dirty water. I did not call and complain or anything bc I did not have time to go back and deal with all of that so I just poured it out. Total waste of money and my time. Further confirming if I just have to have Sonic, don't go to the one in Alma. It's almost always a...
