Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alma

I just had to share my experience. The girl who took my order was very nice but I am still unhappy with the experience. I ordered a large thin crust and 2 personal PAN pizzas. I also ordered one of those large cookies. I had already paid for my food and I had remembered. I needed a cup of marinara. I asked for a cup of sauce and the girl told me it was eighty five cents. I didn't have any more money on me, so I was exasperated. I was able to scrape up fifty cents, but I did not have the whole eighty five cents. So I could not purchase the marinara sauce. I ordered 3 pizzas, yet. I could not get a complimentary marinara sauce. What is happening these days? I have not been to Pizza Hut for a long time. But the one time I do go, I get stressed out because I don't have eighty five cents to pay for a marinara sauce. I think that if you order almost forty dollars worth of food, you should be allowed to have one cup of marinara sauce without being charged. I think the way things are going now is ridiculous. And I won't be back to Pizza Hut again. I usually go to Papa John's at least they treat me like they want...

Your rude manager is awful! I called to place an order the girl on the phone was having trouble so she gets her “manager “. He comes back yeah that place is Cabana Estates and we don’t deliver there. First of all the name of this park is Magnolia Ridge. The manager has cleaned the place up and has nearly 80% brand new mobile homes. For this smug “manager “ to talk down about the only place that I can afford is very unprofessional. He simply based it on the past owners of this park. Maybe he should get in his car take a 5 mile drive down the road to see for his self. I work for reputable utility company and I am honest and importantly I’m a Christian. I’m sending this complaint in to hope something would be done, but the way he sounded tonight I doubt anything will be done. This girl manager there was very rude when we called to try to get our order sorted out. We had ordered online for 2 medium pizza’s and we didn’t get one of our pizza’s and we paid a total of $30 for one medium pizza and 2 drinks when the deal specifically said 2 medium’s 9.99 each. When we called to try to sort things out we didn’t get much help and when asked for the phone number for the people above her she hung up. We decided to drive up there to figure it out she yells and gets up in our face clapping her hands then proceeds to kick us out. While we were on the phone she laughed in our faces as well.
