The young lady who waited on me was abit snotty and seemingly nonenthusiastic about being there. She did what I asked which was activate a new phone with an old number and activate the old phone with a new number. She did supply both phones with new sim cards. But when asked to transfer contacts and photos she replied we don't do that... Whaaaa?? I've been going here for years, they have always helped with that! Now they just hand you a sheet of instructions?! What happened to customer service and helping? Not everyone is tech savvy on these things! So being jacked outta shape I forget my new phone container that had the books and charger in it. Think she could've said, excuse me sir you want your box and charger? Nope not even a call or text. So the next day at opening of business I was there. An assistant manager looked for it but nowhere to be found. He helped me out with a different charger and apologized. He was good at his job! Stated they could not do this due to limitations on contract.....I called Verizon customer service, they said that they COULD do it, to go back to the store and have them call customer service. Went back to the store, the same staff I spoke to had another staff explain that customer service was wrong and that there is not way to add this smart phone...I asked them to call customer service as it stated in my account, they did not, they said that I could. I walked out so frustrated, called customer service ,,,,ordered phone, updated line and had customer service CALL the store. So, little did the store know ..I was planning to by 6 accessories, which I I am sure would help their sales but instead will purchase them tomorrow when out of town. Not returning. Read more$80 was supposed to be the bill. Got service end of Nov. First bill was supposed to be credited off. Billed end of November $280. Went in and spoke with them. Being billed for 2 lines instead of 1 that was received. Told pay the bill and get a credit. When I went into the store middle of Dec to get this issue straightened out i was told it would be taken care of. End of December bill was for $150. Still being billed for 2 lines and no credit issued.
Contact manager, I believe. NO response. Nothing!!!
The total bill should have been $80 for Dec and $80 for January and change for November. Let's say $160 so far since beginning of service. The original $280 should have taken care of this instead of having to pay an additional $150.
They want $430 for 2 1/4 months. Price should be $180.
