Absolutely horrible. Had a great supply of dresses but when it came to alterations on my wedding dress and my brides maids dresses, I wouldn't reccomend it. I didn't get my dress altered till 2 weeks before my wedding and I called several times to make appointments. When my dress was picked up alterations were not complete. My trim around the bottom of my dress was just tacked on, and hanging off in places. Not to mention the dress was supposed to be taken out but was so snug it dug into my skin at my wedding. To top it all of my dress and my brides maids dresses had to have alterations made minutes to walking down the aisle by my husband's aunt so that our straps were appropriate. Plus my bridesmaids had to have their dresses hemmed prior to walking down the aisle and that was the only reason their dress were taken to the seamstress. Plus one of my bridesmaids were pregnant and she refused to even touch her dress, thankfully her aunt was able to make alterations last minute. None of our dresses were available till the night before the wedding so needless to say if there was something that needed fixing there was no time. Not really...

I ordered a vest, shirt, and bow tie for my grandson to be in a wedding. Since we live 2 hours away, I ordered and paid for it by phone. The lady I spoke with when I ordered it was very pleasant. Unfortunately, that was not the case when I called two days later to apologize for the items not being returned. I didn't know that I was renting them, she never mentioned it, nor did she mention that they had to be returned when I placed the order. She was very rude, insisting that the items needed to be returned by 6:00 that day. I told her that just wasn't possible because I wasn't making a four-hour round trip to return them, and I'd be happy to ship the items. She still insisted they needed to be back by 6:00 that day. I finally had to be not so nice myself and tell her if she wanted them, I would ship them. She then said to go ahead and ship them. Funny how she was so pleasant when she was making the money, but when things don't go her way, she's so rude. Maybe had she told me from the beginning what needed to happen, things would have gone her way. Should anyone ever ask my opinion of this shop, I would give it a TOTAL...

For my wedding, the table clothes were stained. My groomsman’s tux’s didn’t fit and ones even ripped out due to the pants not fitting correctly. The alterations weren’t horrible but I added a corset back for my IVORY dress and she used WHITE fabric which made my dress look very dingy. Fast forward 4 years later to my cousins wedding in October, the groomsmen got fitted for their tux’s in July and 4 days before the wedding they did their try on, and only 3 out of 9 tux’s fit, so the rest was shipped the day before the wedding and stressed the bride out so bad. The table clothes were suppose to be ironed before pickup, and they weren’t and they were all stained up. The flower girls dress was suppose to be a zip up all the way but the steam-stress decided she wanted in done a different way than what the bride wanted. They sure put a lot of unnecessary stress on the brides and grooms right before a wedding. 1/10 would...
