Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Alpena Township

Quite possibly the worst dining experience I have had in 47 years. I took two hungry teenagers to dine in. The running joke was what did I do to make the waitress mad from the get go. It took 20 minutes to take our drink order. 10 more minutes to bring the drinks. We ordered a large pizza and breadsticks. At 50 minutes they brought breadsticks. After watching other tables come in, order and get their food first I go to the counter to complain. I was informed that the other tables ordered their food before they got there. I'm sure. So instead of checking on the food and getting back with me. I watch another table get their food before us. We are over an hour for a pizza. I tell the kids its time to leave. We walk to the front where instead of any apology or explanation of why our food is taking so long. I get some less than pleasant lady who charges me full price for the half drank pops and bread sticks. Then proceeds to yell at me about leaving my order. For the sake of the two kids, I didn't engage with her. We went and got Taco Bell for dinner instead. What a joke. June 24th, 2024. I left...

The worst pizza we've ever had. Overcooked, no sauce, cheese broke apart into weird chunks, tons of burnt Italian seasoning on top, and an off flavor. Dissected the pizza to see what the off taste was, and still couldn't figure it out. It tasted off with just the bread, but the flavor was in the cheese too, maybe the cooking oil is bad? We order this regularly with extra sauce so its not bone dry along with wings and they even managed to make the wings bad. We only ordered 8 and one was just a tiny bit of breading, but still counted as a wing. For what they charge per wing they should have given us 8 actual wings. The fact that we order extra sauce to make something edible is nuts and for it to still be this bad is pretty remarkable. We won't be ordering anything there again, very dissapointed, no one that grabbed a slice finished one slice and I'm throwing out over half a pizza, what a waste of money and food. Please do better Pizza Hut, you messed up pizza and wings, it's literally what you're supposed to do best! This is the lowest level of what you have...

Was very disappointed. Order two pizzas one hand tossed and one pan. They brought them to the table and they were both cold. You know they were when the cheese isn't gooey when you pick it up. It was like buying a frozen pizza. Heck a frozen pizzas warmer and that when you get it out of the oven. They must have had it sitting in back for quite a while and then finally brought it out. I also must have cut the pizza when it was cold.. The waitress musta knew something was up because she kind of avoided us for quite a while before giving us our bill and I mentioned it to her. And she said she'd take care of it. And then just gave us $12 off. When you dine in you expect the cheese to be nice and gooey and hot when you pick up the piece. When she brought out the pizzas she said the pan for the pan pizza was hot. It was not you could touch the bottom without burning yourself it was so cold. It wasn't like the place was that busy. There was only three other tables at that time...
