Walked in with my elderly mother. Mask in hand but not on yet. As per CDC guidelines those with medical issues are not required to wear a mask The gal with the long dark hair just glared at me shaking her head like I should “know better “. Well ADA says she should know enough to stop and request me to wear it and find out why I am not wearing one. I had Covid last year and have Post Covid syndrome and breathing issues when wearing a mask. By the way I even have my vaccination card. Will never go back...

Only rating 1 star because of the awful customer service experience. Kyla was extremely rude and snappy when asked a simple question. The young lady on the register was better to deal with but still didn't have good customer service. A smile and a "have a good day, too" goes a long way. Nothing like being grumpy with everyone for no reason. The shoe selection itself was nice and fairly decent...
