Anthropologie — Local services in Alpharetta

The actual in-store experience was fabulous. The workers were wonderful and the store is of course laid out nicely with beautiful options for wearing. I've been wanting to be more sustainable lately in my wardrobe purchases and after buying a pair of pilcro overalls that I adored, I decided to look up the sustainability rating. I was so happy to find out that anthropologie is making strides toward paying labor workers a living wage and using fabrics and processes that are sustainable. I looked up Velcro in their blog and they are saying that that line is made in Los Angeles at a factory where the workers are getting paid a living wage. When I looked on the government itself, it said that it is made in China. I was confused by that and Read a little more into it. They don't know about the conditions of the labor workers in China, so that would be very helpful to know. One thing I was pleased with is that the overalls are made with 20% recycled cotton. To me, that's at least a stride forward. I would like to know more about their overseas productions. Hopefully they will put more online about ways they are trying to be sustainable and pay their labor workers a living wage and have healthy work...

I love Anthropologie and I always buy online or usually go to the store at Lenox mall. I was meeting my friend at Avalon that day, so I decided to go to Anthropologie at Avalon. I found a pretty top and I wanted to buy it, but it had black stains. So I talked to an employee, she said the store doesn’t have it so I can order new one at register and ship to my house for free. I went to the register and talked to other employee. She asked me why I need to order new top. I told her because it’s dirty. She said “you are ordering same thing as this one right here”. I said “yes I know but I don’t want a dirty clothes”. She told me “it comes off easily”. And keep telling me I should just buy it and clean it at home. I said “then why don’t you clean it right now”. Then she said she can’t clean right now. I was so mad that this employee tried and tried to make me buy something dirty. Why couldn’t she just be like “sorry about it and I can order new one for you”!!! The employee was so rude. I’ve been to different Anthropologie stores and never ever had bad...

Yest evening 25 mins before they close at 6:00pm I entered and one of employees, she was playing with clothes and told me with high pitch tone that they are going close at 6:00pm which by the way I know. After looking at some stuff, I had few questions and I was asking her and She was behaving rude while giving me the answer. I ignored it and finally bunch of white people came and that was 5 mins to 6:00pm and she was standing the same location and she did not say anything about closing at 6:00pm. It feels like I m brown and thats why you telling we close at 6:00pm and moreover, when I was leaving the store she was escorting other white people to gate and I was behind them. She nice say have a wonderful day to them and I nice say have a wonderful day to her and she did not even respond to me. How rude she was.! As a brown people, how much we r trying to fit in this country but certain white people make you feel like you dnt belong here.! They are hard core racist. Why company dnt do racist test before they hire these kind...
