From the moment we walked into Immersive Gamebox in Alpharetta, we were blown away—not just by the futuristic gaming experience, but by the incredible team that made it unforgettable.
Chad and Charlie were absolute stars. They greeted us with huge smiles, genuine energy, and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. They were super friendly, incredibly welcoming, and honestly just fun to talk to. You could tell they love what they do, and that passion shows in the way they treat guests.
They made sure we were completely set up, comfortable, and hyped up before the game started. Throughout the experience, they checked in just the right amount—always making sure we were having a blast but never interrupting the flow. You can tell they’re pros: attentive, engaging, and totally on top of everything behind the scenes.
The gamebox experience itself? Next-level fun. It’s like stepping into a video game—interactive, hilarious, and surprisingly active. Whether you’re solving puzzles, dodging digital obstacles, or just goofing off as a group, it’s immersive in every sense. We laughed, competed, and even broke a sweat—and the time flew by.
Perfect for families, friends, date nights, team-building—you name it. We left already planning our next visit. Big shoutout to Chad and Charlie again—y’all made it 10x better.

Read moreI’m not sure how this place has managed to receive a 4.9 on google reviews, but it definitely isn’t worth it. When it comes to customer service, and price, it definitely isn’t worth that high of a review
For starters upon arrival for my husband and I’s pre-booked tickets, there was not a soul in sight to check in. Granted, we did go on a weekday, so I didn’t expect much of a crowd, but at least an employee should have been up front, no?
During the games I needed to use the restroom (I’m 7 months pregnant), so I hit the “help” icon asking my for a staff member to pause the game, let’s just say I had to practically run to the restroom once the game was over because no staff member showed up.
My husband and I did the squid games and angry birds, in each of them there were some fun games, but other games were a bit un-amusing. Angry birds is definitely NOT worth it, all you’re doing is moving back and tapping the wall, that’s literally it. Squid games had a few fun ones.
Maybe this was intended more so for children, but with such high reviews I really thought it would be something fun.
Our reservation was on 11/29/23 at 7:30, if you can figure out who the employee is, because it’s ridiculous walking into an empty business as well as requesting an employee and no one...
Read moreLast October 2024, we experienced Immersive Gamebox with two other couples. It was so much fun and yes, if you’re wondering, well worth the price! We arrived and were met by two staff members who explained how the games work, as well as the game choices. My husband Joseph chose a game that required us to work in teams and at times, together as a group against the game. To do it full justice in explanation of what the interactive experience truly was, i’ll use Immersive Gamebox’s description! We stepped into the Gamebox, “a high-tech room equipped with motion sensors, projectors, and touch-sensitive surfaces. The Gamebox’ walls transformed into vibrant, interactive environments, where augmented reality and projection mapping made it feel like we were anctually inside the game! We worked together and competed across 4-6 mini-games, solved puzzles and took on physical challenges. The game adapted to our actions, keeping every moment fresh and exciting.” The whole experience was adrenaline driven and so much fun! Dress comfortably and be on time as a group, or you’ll lose time on the clock for your game. We will definitely be...
