As a devoted fan of Kendra Scott, I have always cherished the joy of gifting their beautiful jewelry to my daughters and granddaughters for every occasion. Each piece carries a special meaning, making every celebration even more memorable. However, my recent visit to this Kendra Scott location left me feeling disheartened.
From the moment we stepped inside, the atmosphere felt off. Instead of the warm welcome I had come to expect, we were met with a lackluster customer service experience. It was disheartening to see my daughter visibly upset, especially after we had been so excited to explore the latest collections together.
To make matters worse, immediately after our purchase, my daughter expressed a desire to return the item. Unfortunately, she was unaware of the return policy, which added to her frustration. It’s disappointing when a brand you love doesn’t meet the expectations set by its reputation.
I hope that my experience serves as constructive feedback for the team at this location. Kendra Scott has always been about celebrating moments and creating connections, and I believe that a little extra attention to customer service can go a long way in ensuring that every visit is as special as the jewelry itself. We were greeted by Maria who kindly explained where particular items were. My little one is a true "window shopper" and was enjoying taking her time, studying every piece of jewellery. Upon heading to checkout with her jewelry box, we met Alex at the cash. Her warm smile, glowing heart and sweet demeanor made our day! She asked my daughter if she was a good student (which she is) and proceeded to gift her with something very special after our short conversation. Alex's generosity and kindness brought tears to my eyes and my daughter will forever remember her experience at this KS store. The team of Alex, Lizzie and Maria who staffed the store the evening we were there, make an awesome, customer-service oriented team. It's rare to encounter such positive vibes these days. Read moreI had a terrible experience at this location today. I was met with extreme rudeness by an employee who I assume was the manager (she was older than the other employees). When I attempted to use the restroom, which I have done on multiple occasions, she seemed to chase me down to tell me, rather loudly, that I was "not allowed back there". I told her that I was just going to use the restroom and it had been allowed in the past and that I would be shopping in the store., She kept saying I was not allowed back there and it was no longer allowed. I can understand that policies change, but she was rude and verbally loud and other customers were staring. My entire family has always shopped at this store, but we will not be coming back.
