Update per my exp today! I GIVE UP GOING HERE AT THIS POINT. Ordered online, cinnamon crunch bagel to be sliced and toasted. Pretty simple you would think. I received a cold bagel with sesame seeds and oats. See my picture. It seems like a simple complaint but it's just as simple for the person preparing to just take them off. It wasn't apart of my order and didn't taste well mixed together. The manager pretty much blew it off after advising of my previous issues with this location and my current one. She said she didn't know what else can be done to avoid this and she thanked me for telling her. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to implement a cleaning between orders into the rountine. But I'm sooo done stick a fork in me. My Comcast teams says they don't know why I still go there. I see that's I'm not the first to complain about STEVE, the black manger. My experience this morning puts the icing on the cake. I ordered the same exact order today that I did last week. A sandwich and a cinnamon bagel. I placed my order while getting off the interstate. I arrived a few minutes later and my order wasn't ready. The lady at the register asked 1x if my order was ready followed by Steve asking 2x. It was when I got to work that I realized that my eggs were not scramble as I ordered. I called back and followed the prompts for a manger. I reached a female, explained the situation to her and was placed on hold for Steve. The whole conversation with Steve was based around me being the issue. When I advised him that my eggs were not as ordered Steve responded saying 'We don't do scramble eggs' I explained to him that I had just ordered the same exact order today the same way I did just last week. He expressed again 'we don't do that, they must've done it that time but we don't do that'. I said 'that wasn't explained to me when I ordered then or when I ordered it today. His excuse was 'she was new'. I asked him how was that my fault. He repeated himself again so I said I'll be back tomorrow for my refund. Without giving me his name, he said to just tell them his name when I come in. Ridiculous coming from a manger. The bagels always taste like the previous sliced bagels. If I order a cinnamon bagel sour cream bagel doesn't taste good with it. They normally have new ppl with no product knowledgement working in the AM. Running in before is not a smart idea. Absolutely terrible. BOTH of my chicken cobb salads had NO chicken even though we weren’t informed that the ingredient was out. This Panera typically won’t follow up with you about a missing ingredient if it’s a pick up order. They will skirt around and HOPE you don’t check the bag. I messed up and didn’t look closely enough this time since it’s been months since I have been back. Should have known better. No bacon on the mac n cheese I paid 1.29 extra for, no chicken on the CHICKEN cobb salad, super bruised apples, and terrible sandwich presentation.
This is a really rough location for some reason - had a thought to go to Jason’s deli down the road instead and should have followed my instinct. Terrible service and location.

I have been ordering from this Panera for over 10 years, but in the past year there has been a sharp decline in service and food. I have had bad experience after bad experience.
I always check my food now as there were 3 or 4 orders straight where they would leave out the dressing for my salad, and when I come back inside to ask they act surprised. I’ve had incorrect sandwiches as well as a time where I ordered and made multiple replacements to both my salad and sandwich due to out of stock ingredients. I drive to get my food, and they sprung on me that the bread I wanted was also out of stock, so they elected to make my food with their bread of choice.
Tonight was the last straw though. I checked my order, but not thoroughly enough. Pull out my salad and there was a splash of dressing in the container. I start mixing it up and realize the reason my salad looked a bit off is because there was no chicken in it! I ordered the CHICKEN cobb salad! I didn’t ask for replacements and if they were low on stock, they should have alerted me!
They charge the same amount for minuscule salads with no ingredients but decide that you can take the cuts because they don’t want to deal with the hassle. I have no idea what has happened here and I wish there was another one closer to me than Windward. There is always a 50/50 chance that my order will be messed up now and Im’ just over it.
I’m sure this has to be a sales tactic to save money, because there is no way my orders can be this wrong consistently. They assume people won’t check or take notice until they get home and won’t come back to...
Read moreI ordered the pick 2 soup and sandwich. My food was not eatible. The broccoli cheddar soup was like paste. You could look at it and tell it was not fresh. Why couldn't the person that put the soup in the container tell it wasn't. When I got home I had to add water to the soup and reheat it and the broccoli was old without and texture. Just nasty!! The sandwich was played over by the lady preparing it. When I placed my order, I asked that my bread be toasted however it was not, so the lady had already made the sandwich with the bread untoasted. She asked me, you wanted your bread toasted I told her yes. so she got more bread and toasted the bread only on one side and reused the same meat lettuce, tomato and cheese from the 1st sandwich and put it on the half toasted bread. It really turned my stomach because she and the other workers talked and repeatedly reached over the sandwich just sitting there on the counter. And then put the content on the bread that was only toasted on one side. That lady is unsanitary and does not care about serving food in a sanitized fashion. I've seem her before so she knows better. Just didn't care. Also there were two other workers playing around while the others were working, the staff so worried about them until they all are producing poor food. I had to throw it all away.
