Got a new watch for Mother's Day. Was a little big. Stopped by today to have few links removed with the intentions of dropping it off. The gentleman was SUPER nice even though I could tell he was busy. Pretty sure he was the owner. Did some fancy maneuver removing the links while still on my wrist. (He must know the Fossil secret).
