Aaron was nice at first to make a sale then promised next day delivery. It was 2 weeks before I received my desk and it was damaged on arrival to the point where a repair technician had to come to my home to fix the broken and damaged desk. The technician did not come at the agreed upon time and did not fix 100% of the damage by the Aaron's staff or shippers. I tried for weeks to contact the repair technician but he wanted more money to come out. I contacted Aaron and he was rude, dismissive and accusatory while he repetitively stated that I was the first customer that had these issues (shipping debacle, damaged furniture and repair technician) in his years of selling furniture, which I do not believe. The end result is that he refused to fix the damages to the furniture and basically told me I was on my own even though the furniture came with a warranty and if I wanted anything further I would have to pay out of pocket. He also told me that I could bring my 500 pound piece of furniture back to the store if I wanted. That is why I paid for shipping in the first place. So ultimately I have refuted the charge with my credit card company for the breach of contract and not fulfilling the warrantied furniture while in the allotted time period. Don't use this business. I am a verified buyer. A lot of his positive reviews are performed by bots and usually fake with no profile to drum up business. Worst experience ever and I recommend Rooms to Go and Haverty's...
Read moreFirst of all I have to say I am truly sorry if any one had issues here - however I find it very hard to believe. Not only do they have an excellent selection of quality pieces but reasonable prices. Yes, they want to negotiate so always make an offer. I admit that can make some a little uncomfortable but it is what it is. Aaron has always provided outstanding, honest and reliable customer service. He even personally delivered furniture to me one Saturday evening after work. I do not believe you will find a better deal or quality anywhere. Stay away from some of the middle of the road competition, I tried them once and had to fight for 6 months with them to get an issue resolved. Aarons is the BEST!!!! Also, there may be a little delivery delay at present that is an manufacturer issue due to covid. I mean think about , sometimes even TP has been hard to get lol. At any rate if I could give this store more stars I would! I am a real customer, not a bot btw. I have to wonder is some of these negative comments are the competition ( who are a waste of time btw unless perhaps you are looking at high end stuff - which Aaron has or can get and will beat their pricing!) Read moreUpdate: I have been following up diligently and the issue has still not been fixed. I have getting the runaround for months (since March 2022). I reached out to Aaron today and he said that the delivery was made to him but after seeing my review he is not going to replace the damaged couch. if I have a problem to come see him and tell him to his face then hung up. Unbelievable...
0 stars was not an option. I would never buy from this place again. The owner lied to us about having our furniture in a few weeks which turned into months. We finally received our furniture and it was all damaged. Not to mention the place that they hired to deliver the furniture damaged our home. They sent a repair man to "fix" the new furniture. I never agreed or paid the price of damaged furniture. I thought I bought and paid for new furniture. The repairman also deemed one of the items irreparable. I have been waiting months for the new item. I've called the owner many times to get updates or status because he never follows up. He knows I am calling and avoids my calls. When I speak with him he seems to forget which customer I am. I hope no other are going through this. Unprofessional and a bunch of thieves....
