July 23, 2017 3:15 a.m. I had to wait about a good 20 minutes for them to fix things so the machine ran out of the Mellow Yellow lime Crystal was busy making sandwiches the supervisor I was waiting for her standing by the bathroom as I was waiting for Crystal come back out this tall white male employee was coming out of the bathroom he made some sarcastic remark to me my reply was I was not talking to him this tall white male God speak to me in a nasty manner about I'm staring at him I replied to him that I was waiting on crystal he had a very nasty racist racist demeanor and attitude and this black African American female while I was in the store she kept passing me staring at me but never spoke never greeted never said anything but stare I do not know what kind of people Wawa management are hiring these days but these employees do not know what customer service is one if you look at a customer's face and make eye contact have enough decency to greet the customer second you don't accuse or assume you ask in a polite manner may I help not have a nasty condescending demeaning downright nasty attitude II want any customer we the customers are the reason that you have a paycheck no customers no paycheck it's about respect and dignity first and foremost when engaging with customers had to wait again but the young lady Krystal to go over to the drink machine and fill it up with Mellow Yellow lime drink because she was busy making sandwiches for customers she compensated by giving me the drink free per her decision she told me that when you have a customer to wait it is policy to give free I did not feel comfortable because I always ask for a receipt especially today world always help proof of purchase, I just remembered his name was William tall white male Wawa employee very nasty...

I love WaWa and this is often a location I order from. They have the best caramel cookies and cream milkshakes, but they do not serve them from 2AM-8 or 9AM because, I have been told, they are cleaning the machine at this time. However, you can still get frozen drinks, such as the fruit smoothies WITH yogurt (my favorites are mango strawberry and mango strawberry banana), cream smoothies (my favorite is the Mango Cream), frozen cappuccinos (also available in caramel cookies and cream, but definitely not as good as the milkshake-and same with the cream smoothie version, they are just not on the same level!), and their new frozen hand crafted energy drinks (my favorite is mango coconut, but I am definitely interested in drying the ones that have strawberry, pineapple, and lemonade,). They accept EBT, and their rewards program via their mobile app is definitely worth checking out. You get frequent rewards for discounts and free items. Just make sure you have them scan your rewards card barcode in the app when making purchases in the store. If you order on the app or website for curbside or in store pick up and pay on the app, it will automatically give you the points for your purchase. Im tight. I wasnt feeling well and went in to buy a black but I forgot my id in the car. The lady asked me for my id. I explain i left it in the car and Ill send my fiance in, he is buying blacks as well and he has his id. This dumb ass (excuse ny french) tells me she cant sell ne the black and she cant sell it to my fiance either. Infront of a line of people. I questioned why she couldnt sell him the black if he brings my id and his. I even offered ro show my id in my phone. She still persisted she couldnt sell the black. I felt like cursing her out. Instead I walked ro the car, got my id,came back in and asked to speak to the manager. The manager s very apologetic and sold me my black. He told me i shouldnt have been denied service if my ID was in the car and my fiance was going to bring it in along with his ID. Ive seen this same lady get cursed out by two other people before. Horrible service...
