Dinettes Unlimited — Local services in Altamonte Springs

We ordered a table and chairs in October of 2017. We were told that we should get it by Christmas. It did not arrive until February. After a few months, the butterfly table leaf support showed two large cracks. We reported this, with pictures, to the store and were told, since we were within the warranty period, and that John Thomas normally did this, a new top was ordered and would be delivered on November 17th of this year. When the 17th passed, we called the store and were told there would be no replacement, because the manufacturer, John Thomas, did not think the support was necessary to the structure, only cosmetic, since you could not see it from the outside. (As a point of honest word usage, "Cosmetic" means that it is only to be seen, and is not integral.) How the store came up with a delivery date of 11/17 when none was given by John Thomas is highly suspect. When I asked how the leaf could be supported without it, I was told that since it was fine now, it did not need to be replaced, although we are still within the warranty period. In all of this, there were many times where we were promised a call back, only to have to call Dinettes Unlimited after a few weeks of waiting. The whole experience with Dinettes Unlimited and John Thomas has been nothing but disappointment and a feeling of having been dealt with in an unethical, dishonest fashion. The store and the manufacturer are refusing to stand behind...

Had an amazing experience here. Was having a really hard time finding a dining room table and chairs as well as barstools for my new townhouse. Needed a table that was smaller in width and wanted gray to match my color palette. Had been to a LOT of furniture stores and looked at a bunch of websites with no luck.

At Dinettes Unlimited I struck gold. Not only was I able to get the color I wanted but I was able to customize the entire set. Wendy was such a pleasure to work with. Super knowledgeable, personable and customer centric. She listened to what I was looking for and delivered 100%.

I can't say enough good things about the level of service I received and the quality of the table and chairs I purchased. My delivery arrived within 3 weeks and their team installed it in no time.

They are not the cheapest option for table and chair sets but between the service and quality of the set, they are worth...

If I could give a ZERO I would....gave a deposit for "overstock" items that had to be transferred in from another store. Once arrived I was asked to come in and pick up and pay balance, upon arrival we inspected the products and they were damaged/blemished. This was not acceptable to us and the store manager agreed. She said she would "clean them up and use touch up paint" to correct. Got a call back that she was unable to make repair and she wasn't happy with the condition and recommended they order another set directly from the manufacturer. I agreed to that but low and behold they wanted wanted to charge more than the initial agreed price. I do understand the product was and "overstock" item but it was not disclosed that the terms of that mean damaged/blemished. Now they are playing games with refunding my deposit. Truly a bait and...
