Read moreI've said it before and I'll say it again do not go and service your car at this location, do not go and buy a car at this location, ever! I have 2 recall notices for my POS car so I called over a week ago to book my 7:30am appt. I arrive at 7:20am to 8 cars deep waiting in a line. I would have been parked on the 17-92 if I had waited in line. There was a lane open and I drove up only to find out that was the "out" lane. The arrow is so faded I didn't see it but once I exited my car a VERY rude customer let me know to move my car. When I drove up just to ask a question the service man that came out was even worse. I asked if all these people had appts. for 7:30am and he said "yes" and I would have to wait in line. Well that was next to impossible because people were cutting in front of others. It is not worth it when you have a service department so overbooked. I'll find another location (it's worth my time and the aggravation to drive farther). Extremely rude and again...

And when I asked why it was scheduled like that, she played the victim like it wasn't her fault. The next day when I get my car back there is nasty gum like goo on my car, in two places.
