We drove an hour to waste our time to go to this dealership The Desk manager They also lied about their promotion Whoever the general manager is I would have fired that desk manager because he has no sense of customer service or care for any customer any customer that take their time to come to their dealership they're dealership I will never work with this dealership ever The sales rep was very kind but other than that the desk manager did not have the respect Actually come over and try to make a deal happen because he was too lazy to get out of his seat Any manager can sit in a seat and do nothing and type in numbers on a computer it's kind of funny However if you really want good service don't go here at all because they don't have any Respect at all for anybody's time They're credit happy and all they want to do is try to pull your credit on the 1st pencil Because they don't know how to negotiate I can make more deals and pencils and close all my sells easily if I wanted to I can out sell him any day I just was very disappointed at how they...

I've said it before and I'll say it again do not go and service your car at this location, do not go and buy a car at this location, ever! I have 2 recall notices for my POS car so I called over a week ago to book my 7:30am appt. I arrive at 7:20am to 8 cars deep waiting in a line. I would have been parked on the 17-92 if I had waited in line. There was a lane open and I drove up only to find out that was the "out" lane. The arrow is so faded I didn't see it but once I exited my car a VERY rude customer let me know to move my car. When I drove up just to ask a question the service man that came out was even worse. I asked if all these people had appts. for 7:30am and he said "yes" and I would have to wait in line. Well that was next to impossible because people were cutting in front of others. It is not worth it when you have a service department so overbooked. I'll find another location (it's worth my time and the aggravation to drive farther). Extremely rude and again...

Negative five stars. I brought my $40k Stinger in for an oil change. They set my appointment at 1. I brought it in and they said it won't be until 4:00 before they can get to it. And when I asked why it was scheduled like that, she played the victim like it wasn't her fault. The next day when I get my car back there is nasty gum like goo on my car, in two places. This place has no respect for you or your vehicle....
