Creative Expressions Florist and Deb’s Anteeks — Local services in Altoona

On Friday, Feb. 13, 2015, I called in an order for one dozen, long-stemmed, red roses to be delivered the following day, Valentine's Day at my girlfriend's place of employment. Paid for with my credit card in full, when the order was placed. I was very specific in my instructions about the flowers being delivered on Valentine's Day, even having a conversation with the owner about the surprise I had planned for my girlfriend, of which this was just one component. So, it was my own great surprise when my girlfriend called me just 2 hours later, thanking me for the roses that were DELIVERED A DAY EARLY, to her workplace, even though she WAS NOT WORKING THAT DAY, so her coworkers had to call her at home to come pick them up. SURPRISE! The entire surprise package, which relied on a simple matter of following clear instructions, was ruined. I made three separate calls to Creative Expressions, having to leave a detailed message each time, yet not once received even so much as the courtesy of a return call. I placed a review (negative) on their website, but I suppose only positive testimonials are suffered, because it was deleted. Apparently, the owner can't take criticism, either. So my mom and I have driven by this flower shop many times then a few days ago my mom spots a light up turkey you hang in your window for thanksgiving she really liked it but we dont have alot of money so today we are driving by and mom sees it still there so i tell her iam going to check the price i go inside and ask how much the light up turkey is and the white haired lady tells me it is 65 dollars my eyes bug out and I have to scrape my jaw off the ground I told her that is ridiculous and go back to the car and tell mom she couldn't believe it. I took out my phone and tried to find the same thing online and I did for 26.62 this flower shop is a complete rip off no way will I ever buy...

We called last minute on Mother's Day weekend because we had meant to order something for my mother in law, and it was also their Anniversary!...and we forgot! Creative Expressions was so nice and offered to run a beautiful arrangement over that day to my inlaws for this special occasion.
