7:22 wed feb5. The owner/ manager? Came onto the floor where guest could hear and see. He YELLED the young ladies on the floor stating that "THERE BETTER BE NO LINE TODAY! I DONT WANT A LINE!". Ok so your a white male in a leadship role (you aren't a leader just have the name badge) yelling at young ladies over something they have no control over all while no hands on. No leadjng by example just shouting orders. And doing it in public where ur guest could hear and see u. You should be ashamed. Good leaders set clear goals thar are measurable to their workers and explain why. No one in any industry has direct control on if a wave of people show up at your door. Bad ownership. Bad leadership. It shows your unprepared. It shows you do not know how to lead. It shows you know nothing about the area u work in. It shows alot.

No doubt in my mind - BEST donuts in Altoona! You can tell they're made fresh, and the toppings and fillings are great. We've visited twice in the opening weeks - ordering a dozen our first visit and a half dozen our second visit, and we will definitely be back for more. Also tried the coffee this time and its delicious! But what impressed me more was how the place is run. The employees, despite being busy, are taking the time to interact with the customers beyond just filling orders and taking cash. That's hard to do on a slow day let alone with lines out the door. One staff member spent a few minutes complimenting my kids jacket, which made her day. And the owner is hands on as well. It's nice to see an owner who is working just as hard as the rest of the staff. I went through the drive through on my way to work, which was very quick considering the three cars ahead of me. The girl at the window was bubbly and incredibly kind. I got their bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on ciabatta which was fantastic. The bread was warm and had a nice chew to it, and wasn’t overly toasted. Some of the bacon was slightly burnt, however not a big deal. This was my second time trying their donuts, and I got the maple bacon. It was incredible - the flavor of the donut itself is so comforting. I was too excited to eat it, hence the lack of photo. Their donuts aren’t overly sweet, and I love how they aren’t all filled.
