Went to this outlet store Francesca's in Altoona day after Xmas. Walked around this extremely small store with arms full of clothing to try on. Not one time did any of the 4 girls just standing at the cash register talking about everything but what they should be doing ask me if I needed a dressing room. Not once when I was in the dressing room did anyone check on me. Still I could hear them talking laughing. Not doing their job obviously. Very young immature help at this store. Will NOT be back. Will instead visit the store at Jordan creek. Sad because I wanted to like this outlet mall close to...

I visited the store on Oct 22nd around 7:15 pm. I was not greeted when walking in, never asked if I needed help, walked by the two employees a few times to see if they’d ask if I needed anything and never did. I was the ONLY customer in the store. I would choose to shop elsewhere due to the customer service, especially since I received better assistance at other stores around the mall. When I left, they were both at the counter and I had to initiate saying “have a good night” to acknowledge a customer...
