IRS Owes me $6430 for 2020 taxes. It’s now July 2024. They wont answer the phone. I did finally get someone in Feb 2024 and they said Refund is on the way. Yeah Right. I'd be in jail if I never paid taxes for 4 years. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time calling here, they just hang up or say too busy to answer. I've been trying on and off to figure this out for 3 years now. Update April 2025. I finally got my refund in late 2024 thanks to a Tax Advocate. This office did nothing for me for 3+ years.
