I honestly hate that I am having to write another review about a mattress that was supposed to be fixed. I came in purchased a mattress from this company and spent over 2k only for the mattress to start falling apart. They allowed me to come in and get another one and now this mattress is leaning. I would never recommend buying a mattress from here. I was told the mattress I purchased came with a free box spring. As I’m looking over my receipt I noticed I was charged for the box spring. After going to the store and speaking with Dean he was absolutely no help and said he can’t remember and there was nothing he could do.
