Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Alvin

Placed a to go order. Arrived @ the exact time it should have been ready 4:10pm. App even said it was ready. He asked if he could take care of the line which was one person at the time and then he would give us our food. As he is making the order 4 more walked in. He made all four of our orders then we had to get in line (430pm at this time). When we finally made it to the front he gave us our bag. Our food was ice cold and to top it off. I have 6 lettuce slices. I brought the bowl up to counter and asked the gentleman. Does this look like a sufficient amount of lettuce. He said no then gave me more. This place won’t be in business long. Too many young employees who don’t care and not a true manager there to ensure a business is being run. I’ll just drive to Friendswood...

Food was cold! Ordered online for pick up at 7:20. Got there at 7:15 and it was sitting getting cold. Ordered two drinks , asked me at the window what I wanted. Again 7:15 and they were already cleaning things ups and out of tea for the night! Asked for a drink holder. Sorry we are out!! Get my food and the queso that is $2.85 was not even full. I was so excited about the Alvin location opening but had a horrible experience. First there did not seem like anyone was in charge. It seemed like all kids working with no guidance. Place was filthy even for it being a grand opening. Portion sizes were extremely small. I go to chipotle all the time and never have gotten portion sizes that small. I honestly was afraid to eat my food because how could the food be quality when the place was kept in such a disgusting manner. I will not...
