Burger King — Restaurant in Alvin

I’ve always been a life long Burger King hater but let me tell you this specific Burger King location changed my mind completely. In the past every BK I ate at was only because it was the only place on the road, and they always managed to mess up my order. You order just meat and cheese and they’d some how find a way to put a pickle and some ketchup on the thing. But not this location. Every time I’ve been here the food has been perfect. Much better than the McDonalds and Wendy’s next door. Everything is perfect. The vegetables are fresh, the burgers taste perfect in every way. Not too much sauce or anything. Everything is just right. The bacon is always crispy, the fish sandwich is always crispy, the lettuce is always crispy, the fries are always crispy. It’s not expensive either. Management and employees are very nice and I’ve just overall never had a bad experience at this BK. I don’t know what the other reviews are on about but I’m simply choosing not to believe them because of the great food and experiences I’ve had here. My only complaint is that they’re not open 24/7 like the one on highway 6, but these people who are masters of the Burger King craft deserve their sleep too, and I’d trade a few hours not eating this godsent food in order for them to get some sleep so they can continue the miracles they’re cooking up in this place. I walked into the burger kind this morning and expected to be disappointed (I'm not much of a burger king guy). But I was confronted with a bright smile and a very positive attitude from Casey. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very comforting, and it wasn't dirty at all. After receiving my order, she told me to have an amazing day, and waited for me to sit down before she went to do something else. I almost finished my food, (which was amazing btw), and this elderly man walked in and started causing a scene. He accused them of not giving the exact change, which seemed a little to extreme for people who do this all the time. The manager Gustavo was still kind enough to give the money back, but the man kept bad mouthing them as he walked away with his money. Even through that entire interaction, Casey and Gustavo gave off positive energy and didn't hint at an attitude at all. I feel bad that management has to deal with such pesky customers, which is why I'm writing this. This burger king offers quality food and excellent service, I'll definitely be...

I was short changed by Casey a small amount only $2, which can happen but the problem is how they responded. Denial and inability to do basic math including the manager Gustavo. Two small orders back to back. One for $2.70 & a second for $2.49, I paid with a $20. My change was $12.39, which I disagreed with. Should have been $14.39 in change. I began to doubt myself & used my phone calculator for reassurance. It took a long time for the refund which 3 potential customers walked out. Amazingly a manager & assistant manager couldn't add these two numbers in their heads. I regret telling Gustavo that this was simple 5th grade math, but this was taking a long time.
