Martinez Restaurant and Bar — Restaurant in Alvin

Horrible if i could rate it a 0 i would however the Martinez Margarita was good. So they get 1 star. Our waitress didn't have a clue about any of the food or drinks for that matter now the drinks I can understand because she was young probably the youngest person in there. The problem was she didnt know the menu how anything was made. She had to go ask 3 or 4 different times. And then she brought me the wrong order and then argued with me about it. Then she had another girl with her to come take my food and try and reorder what i originally ordered. But brought it back within not even 2 min it was thrown on a plate with jalapenos all over it after i asked for none and cheese poured over the top. It was SLOP on a plate. AND even argued with me about that tried to take my plate again. And never 1 time did she offer to condensate for both screw ups that was there fault. Never apologized. My friends food order was right but she said it was not very good. Im so UPSET ABOUT THIS I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS POORLY AT ANY PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN!!! First time trying this place when you walk in the vibe seems great.. actually was thinking to come back after work for a drink.. food took over 30 mins (enchiladas) it was placed in a foil tin circle container so nothing separating the beans rice or enchiladas and the chips are stale and I didn’t get any utensils or napkins ..
