Big Texan Gift Shop — Local services in Amarillo

Loved the steaks and restaurant. The gift shop was wonderful accept for one very rude gentleman. He mocked me for not seeing the buy 2 get 1free shirts. Then he was rude and just wanted me out of the gift shop when i tried to explain things weren't clear. I even ask for help when i was picking it the shirts and they didn't help me know which were the free shirts. I'm sorry i never got my free shirt even though i paid full price for 3 shirts. Service was terrible, sat down and didn’t have anyone come great us for 15-20 minutes. We decided to go ahead and order everything (appetizers, entrées, drinks, etc…) to avoid waiting on the waitress again. Once we received our food all 3 streaks came out well done instead of medium rare, we waited for 15 mins for the waitress to address this and never saw her so as opposed to wait we decided to just eat our food so we can try to enjoy it.
