TA Amarillo 055 — Local services in Amarillo

Stayed at the TA on Amarillo this time for the 10 hour break. I do like going to the TAs because, for one, they have quit a few showers plus usually always have a set of 2 towels for you, which is handy!!!

The TA also has a lot of washers and dryers for laundry, which you have to have quarters to use and are $3 per load.

Not going to rate shop, but the rest of this TA is garbage. Bathroom was filthy, needed attention but no one cared. At least one toilet is leaking and water is running in my he bathroom. If you need a place to park, you will probably find a place, but there are at least 5 other stops within 2 miles that probably would be a better option, or just don’t stop...

It all depends on which manager is on charge, whether the showers have been cleaned well.
