This is some of the best customer service I have experienced! They always go above and beyond. Yesterday I purchased the Nuts for Strawberries cookie and the Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade refresher. I will be coming back for those! I also want to give a special thanks to the young lady working yesterday when I came in around 4:00-4:30pm. This was on Saturday 6/21. She went above and beyond with maintaining a positive attitude and was very polite, while working by herself, and getting slammed with orders. She was very calm under pressure. Give her a good raise 👏🌟 $$!! She was awesome.

Heard this place is owned by a young kid, and I like to support the youngins with their new business ventures. These cookies are stuffed, which sets them apart and gives them a little something extra. I'm looking forward to trying different flavors as the cookie menu changes weekly. We decided to try Dirty Dough on whim tonight and we were not disappointed! Breanna was very friendly and helpful and instructed us on all of the different flavors. I had a really disappointing experience at Dirty Dough today around 5pm on 08/06.

I placed an online order to bring cookies to work for my coworkers. I showed up a few minutes early and waited while the order was being finished. There were two young girls working. One of them was friendly and polite, but the other was incredibly unprofessional and downright rude.

While standing just a few feet away, I overheard her loudly say, “Oh my God, who needs that many cookies? Is she okay? Like, is she okay?” Her tone was judgemental and rude, and instead of shutting it down, the girl making my order just laughed and went along with it.

Tried Dirty Dough cookies and sorry to say it, but I don’t think the cookies are good at all. I will say the employees were sweet, friendly, and hardworking. There were only two people working on a Saturday and the shop was somewhat busy. We ended up waiting 10-15 minutes to get two cookies since they decorate each cookie to order. Seems sort of inefficient. As far as the cookies themselves, they tasted like pre-made Pilsbury dough. I get the impression that they don’t make the dough on-site like their main competitor does. The pumpkindoodle cookie tasted nothing like pumpkin or cinnamon. It tasted like a plain partially cooked sugar cookie. I couldn’t finish it. Sorry to say, but I probably...
