The house hunting and buying is a very daunting process, especially for a first time home buyer, but Kade and his team made it as easy and stress free as possible. Kade was very patient with me made the search for the right house fun and easy. I really appreciate that they work well as a team and other team members have also reached out to me on different occasions to make sure I was comfortable during the whole process. Any questions I had were immediately answered. I loved that I didn't feel pressured at all during this whole process! I closed on my house a month ago and they are still making sure that I'm comfortable, if I have any questions and what to expect after closing as oppose to just closing the sale and I'm now on my own. Morgan Neill is the best!! When we suddenly found ourselves moving out of our brand new house we had just built (lived in it 5 months), we turned to Morgan N. for help in selling it. My husband's career path moved us out of town so we were not living in the house when it was on the market. She did everything for us. She even had her husband get a dead mouse out of the garage!!
