I am giving a one star because the whole experience was not that great. My boyfriend and I visited on the Saturday before Halloween day so we knew the line to get in was going to be long. It took an hour and a half to get in and although the wait time was a bit annoying, I still understand that the staff was probably doing everything they could to keep the line moving. With that being said, the entire experience was rushed. Every actor there seemed to be more concerned with getting us out the door than actually scaring and getting a reaction out of us. All in all, adults who have been desensitized probably won't feel much, but for the younger crowd it is bloody brilliantly executed.
Suppose I should note my oldest is eleven and my youngest (autistic) is ten. A sincere thanks to the staff, you mates were awesome and I plan on taking then...

It was stuck to the bottom of my shoe!!! Thank goodness for that manager… she made my night!!!...
