Well I went for the first time last night with 6 other friends , the bartender asked for everybody's ID. My eldest friend (who's 64) couldn't find his and the bartender started to make an impatient rude gesture that he should hurry. After he found his ID he dropped it on the counter. R&R is a super cheap bar popular with locals, and they boast decently diverse beer selection. They have dollar draft nights every night, which is probably the main appeal since you can drink rather affordably. The inside is also a bit dingy, and you'll definitely smell like a cigarette after leaving.
