Very very nice and beautiful choice of flowers. At the beginning I was hesitate to go for it. I saw some of the pictures and I still didn’t like much. I like one but still it wasn’t the right one for me. Then, I called them and talked to them about how the deal of the day will look like. I ended up take a risk and go for the deal that I don’t even know how it will come out but I had a feeling I can trust them and I gave respect to the florist’s choice. Then, my aunt got the flowers delivered at the restaurant and she was very very happy and impressed. She took lots of pictures, kept saying thank you to me and shown off to all her people. Lol. A lot of people came ask her as well about the flowers and gave the compliment how beautiful the bouquet is. I went for $75 deal and it came with good choices of flowers in really good size. I used Sheltons for my wedding in December. I met with them in April to set everything up. The lady said she’d call me in October to confirm everything since they’ll know what flowers they can get by then. No one called so I called them and met them again to confirm the details. She said she’d call in November. She never called. I called and another person answered and told me they didn’t even know that I using sheltons for sure on my wedding (which they should’ve asked me about when I met with them in oct since I had no idea they had doubts). I had to cancel using them for my centerpieces since they took so long to get back to me and my main bouquet did not look like anything I wanted. The flowers were still pretty, just not what I ordered. The workers were nice but it felt like I was on the back burner...

I use Shelton's to send my unbiological mom arrangements when I can't be there in person to celebrate an event or holiday and I ALWAYS get the best customer service. I stick with them always. They have remembered me from the first day I've called and it always touches my heart. I'm in a different part of Texas but I hope to go in and shake their hands one day and check out the location in person.
