We recently purchased a home and TLLT failed to send escrow payment for insurance to our insurer (was mailed to wrong address). When we reached out to them for help they were extremely rude. We then requested a new check be sent to correct address and it took almost 3 weeks to send the new check. Customer service was horrible. This is our third home purchase and we've never been treated this way or had to fight to get our home insured. I was instructed contact VA and complain about said issue.
