I don’t usually leave reviews and I try my best to avoid the behavior of a Karen. That said, this Sonic location brought me to the brink. I came in at 9:04 pm in an emergency vehicle with two other people and made my order. The employee who brought out our order was incredibly rude when we pointed out that the order was almost entirely wrong (with the exception of my mozzarella sticks) and the fries we ordered were genuinely cold. He had to bring back 3 different items separately because he couldn’t remember the whole order. He did not at any point read back a receipt to us. Every time we asked for another item on our receipt that he failed to bring, he came back with it and asked, “Is that it?” each time, which I wouldn’t find rude had he gotten the order right the first time, but after 4 iterations with no order summary was incredibly irritating.
The final time, our items were brought back by a nice young woman who apologized for our wait and wished us a nice night. To the kind woman at Sonic, thank you. To the young man who could not muster an ounce of respect nor do his job, please ask your manager to...

Was in the drive-thru ordering and asked a question regarding my order. I had ordered two corn dogs but only saw one on the screen. Asked if it was one corn dog or two. Instead of getting a response, the person on the other end just barked my total at me. When I got to the window I asked the girl if there was one corndog on the order or two. She said one. I told her that I had ordered two, and that I tried to tell the person on the line that but they had just hung up on me. Very visibly rolled her eyes and hugged, before calling for another corn dog. As he mumbles and doesn't speak clearly while quite obviously expressing with body language and demeanor how he doesn't wish to be there, nor does he want you there. He was quite rude, until 2 women came in, I'm which he gave his undivided attention to, then proceeded to resume his mission to not wish to be there. A gentleman showed up to attempt to order in which case the young car hop never appeared from the back to assist him and after he was there roughly 5 minutes left.
