So, I can understand the issue with people paying in change being a bit upsetting if it's a large amount, however I brought my best friend in to buy cigarettes with the last $3 to his name as he is out of work at the moment. Unfortunately that money was in change. He asked for the cheapest menthol rolled cigarellos and was told his total was $2.75. As he finishes counting the total out, the young cashier not seeming to have any issue with it, the owner (?) Ig, decided to berate my friend for choosing to spend the last of his money at his establishment. "I'm not a bank, the next time you come here, if you pay like this you'll be asked to leave." Oh, sir. There's no danger of that happening again. Don't you worry. The absolute unprofessional indecency of the way you spoke to him was uncalled for. There are ways to ask people gently not to pay in change. A simple "hey, I know times are hard but we really don't like to take large amounts of change" would have sufficed. But to berate someone and make them feel like trash for paying in change when they have no other choice because they dont have any other funds is rude and heartless. Have you never struggled in your life? Look, I get it, running a business is hard and stressful, but if you're the type to speak to your clientele like this regularly, maybe you should hire some front of store staff and remain behind the scenes yourself. Again, I'm not saying that you don't have a right to ask that people don't pay that way, but there are professional and kinder ways to address it than the absolute childish way you spoke to another grown man. If I could give less than a star I would. Clearly our patronage won't matter as it's not much to begin with, but I hope people learn of your lack of basic human decency and choose to go...
Read moreI brought a vape here for someone as a gift for Christmas, within 1 month we had problems and took it to the shop they said the coil needed replacing, and then I also brought two more coils just incase. Within about 1 month it need a coil again and it wasn’t working correctly I wanted to exchange the Vaporessio for a new one because of the issues that the person had been having with the vape and since I paid $157 for it I figured it should work correctly and shouldn’t need coils, but the lady there said “there’s nothing wrong with it” and just put the new coil. The vape wasn’t used for a couple months and then when the person decided to use it and charge it, the vape wouldn’t charge even after we tried to put new batteries in. We went back to Vape With It and they said “sorry there’s nothing we can do it’s past the warranty period”, and they don’t carry that brand anymore. I wonder why after they talked me into getting this brand and we came back several times because it wasn’t working properly. I will never buy another vape...
Read moreI called to ask if this shop carried a specific brand of vape pen. They let me know that the store had just split into two and the vape shop was now across the street. I had no problem with this at all. Right as I had the chance to open my mouth to ask if I could have the phone number to that location (so as to not bother him further and have him find out for me) he cut me off, blurting the phone number at me very quickly. It would have been impossible for me to understand what he was yelling at me (much less copy the number down) with that kind of response. I told him I needed him to repeat the number slowly so I could get it down. He said "I have six people here" He yelled the number out again (somehow even faster than before) and hung up on me. Didn't even have to walk through this door to receive some of the worst customer service I've ever gotten. Do not give these...
