They have dramatically stepped up their game and gotten better in opinion. Finally have varieties, and good ones, and their medical points system is dramatically better than the old one....still not comparable to quite a few others point systems bit such a big step forward. The biggest complaint about them know is one of the same problems they've had, their prices. They are extremely expensive and don't have sales like places such as Sira Naturals. They do have sales but it's usually when they have something that no one wants and it's for ever is extremely dry or extremely weak it'll go on sale. The bountiful farms they now sell is amazing ,but not worth $60 and 8th.....especially since a 20 minute drive.to.fine fettle has the same brand amd better options for $45 and $50 an 8th. Most locals go to them as they are convenient and conveniently located. The staff at the AMESBURY store is incredible. Alot of the Salisbury employees are good too but when ever I have an issue or mistake or any sort of problem it usually comes from the Salisbury store. That all being said, they are good amd worth checking out for sure. They have gotten much much better flower and products and points system. They are now starting to grow their own flower also but it also has different prices..the Bananaconda is very good. Grown well. It's $50. Then they have another of their own grown flower right under the last for $35 an 8th. . It was not good. Now they have another of their own called garlic icing...for $50 an 8th that also isn't great in my opinion...gets you high but doesn't really have a good or strong taste...
Read moreIn the beginning you guys rocked. Great selection. Solid product. Eventually the strength of your product decreased so I sought out other companies. But with your great staff and experiences. I thought I would bring my business back to you. Saw online you had a 220mg tincture for 30.00. very real and reasonable price and amount. Nothing that would state it's a mistake. So I venture to your store and boom in your menu there it is. Just like online $30 for 220mg. So I order said item. I go home and to my surprise it ends up being a 70mg bottle. Turns out your website and in-store menu was incorrect. So like most places in commerce I would figure I am entitled to said advertised item at said price. Talked to your v.p and they tell me go in, they will take care of you. I go back and inquire a 220mg tincture. You than only offer to credit the amount I spent. With a statement of you thought I was a medical patient. Which I was never asked nor purchased a medical related product. So with that I get my money back and I leave. I go to your competitor and for that same 30.00 I get a almost 400mg tincture. So once again it was a purchase not at all unreasonable........So thank you for showing me what you see in the value of a dollar. With that I now see what your competition see's in it........Wish I could continue business with you. ..... But that's not the fault of my...

For example: ATG’s Salem location sold an ounce of a particular strain for $110, but ran out. ATG’s Amesbury location sold that same strain in the form of halves for $80, so I inquired about matching the price of two halves for an ounce of the same strain at their Salem location. ATG Amesbury doubted my word of getting the ounce for the price I did, and refused to honor the price match of $110 despite it being the same strain 40 minutes away. They wanted me to pay an extra $50 for seemingly no reason, and suggested that the strain increased by $50 in value in the span of a… week? Maybe two?
I don’t get the point of being a chain if your pricing is going to be wildly inconsistent between locations, especially for medical patients. Terrible interaction that left a bad taste...
