It's about time I share my review of this place. It is phenomenal. The staff is so incredibly friendly and as someone with multiple mental illnesses who also struggles with agoraphobia... this is one of the only buildings I feel safe in. I'm unsure of the names of a few specific employee's I adore there but if I ever find out, I'm definitely going to shout them out because again, SO friendly and they show in their attitude and energy that they CARE. You don't get that at many places, even basic grocery stores. Their products are great as well. There have been a few times where bud was a little dry but it's a plant and it can't be absolutely perfect every time. Besides, smells, flavors and effects have always been great or surpassed expectations. Only ever had one or two strains out of dozens that I dont care for, and that's only due to an increase in anxiety, which I look to avoid and rather dull and improve with the use of marijuana.

Regardless, with parting words, this is definitely a store I recommend going to if you're looking to be surrounded with positivity and kindness, even more so if you're looking for...

I’m realizing after today there has probably been more than one occasion where I pay with my card and I’m on my way home and I realize that they didn’t give me the $3.50 atm fee back or sometimes it can be as much as $9.

Might I suggest eating that price so you don’t screw your customers. It’s just one of those things that is still your responsibility as a merchant to provide correct change, especially because of this goofy way of transacting in the first place that I don’t blame you directly for but I’m going to be asking for a bit of an investigation/audit into this matter because at the end of the day I’m technically paying more than I should for the product.

I know I have to show my ID twice and yall never forget to ask about that, so, maybe let’s double check that the current transaction is complete rather than take the next person in line. Today specifically, I was in a rush, but I’ve worked a register before all it takes is a ‘hey you forgot your change sir!’

Love these guys. Because of the nature of the business, staff at these places are usually quite friendly, but these guys are above and beyond. You'll find people at other places acting professional and friendly, as you expect from any business, but the environment, and people, are much more down to earth here. The only comparable environment/atmosphere that I've found is Ascend, in Boston. If you've been to the other places, but not this one, you need to check them out. The weed bar is an awesome addition to the typical layout that you see. I like using it to get several 1g samples at a time, or you can pick one that you tried and liked, but can't buy prepacked.
