We have moved from CI Works to a neighboring building (Trades Mill - we LOVE it here!). When we have a visitor that accidentally parks in the neighboring parking lot the owner at CI puts angry notes on cars and threatens to tow them. There's no clear signage for the lot and it's adjacent to our lot. IT LOOKS LIKE THE SAME LOT. It's understanding why visitors accidentally park one space over into the other lot....Not to mention the CI Works lot is relatively empty - there is plenty of space. I'm not sure why 2 business neighbors can't get this figured out and work together. It's childish.
We were a tenant at CI Works for 5 or 6 years. We never got signage after years of requests. Tenants regularly just wrote on sheets of paper and taped them to the walls. It just wasn't a high level of professionalism. I feel there are better options...
