Grateful!!! For having been introduced (thank you Willow Tree Events!) to Scarlet Fire BBQ. We had the most fabulous Rehearsal Dinner at The Preserve at Chocura starting with Mike preparing the sumptuous meal on site, all day, with amazing smells wafting through the air. The BBQ was unrivaled! And then there was this crazy, amazing mac n' cheese that had a barbecue flare along with the smoked chocolate chip cookies. And thank goodness we also asked Scarlet Fire BBQ to join us the next night for the Welcome Dinner with their BBQ Food Truck. Pulled Pork and Brisket Tacos! and crazy Tots that were amazing... and to add to all of this, working with Mike and Rebecca was fantastic. They couldn't be any more accommodating and kind. I wanted a casual backyard BBQ with great food for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. I tried some of the local favorite BBQ places and considered their catering menu's & service. My favorite was Scarlet Fire BBQ and boy did they deliver! My guests raved about the food with the star of the show being the beef brisket. We also had pulled pork, smoked shrimp boil, pit smoked apple pie beans, granny smith coleslaw & honey glazed cornbread. Everything was delish! Rebecca was terrific to work with. First off, the nicest owners around! They know our order by heart and greet us like long time friends everytime we come around. Second, the food! Love love love the bbq wings and pulled pork sammie for me. The smash burger and the trio taco special are my husband's favorites.
