Birdhouse — Local services in Amesbury

Last week was my first of 5 day passes at Birdhouse! The creators have made it affordable, beautiful, and functional. I got myself in using the code that was emailed to me, chose a well lit area and got to work. I ran into one of the owners and she engaged with me and made me feel comfortable enough to run all of my questions by her. She showed me a space where there were extra supplies to borrow, along with the Wi-Fi password and.. a working printer. That reason right there is enough to get me out of my house to do work. When I needed to break, I found my lunch in the fridge and separated myself in an equally beautiful spot to eat. I plan to purchase another membership after my current one is up because I work well in clean, quiet spaces. Work that took me 4 hours at birdhouse would take me double that at home. I do not think our community understands the value of birdhouse yet. I look forward to seeing what networking events they have to offer...
