Sweet Cheeks — Local services in Amesbury

​We visited Sweet Cheeks for the "K-Pop Demon Slayer Cookie Day" themed event and I have mixed feelings. ​The Positive (3/5 stars): The cookies were truly delicious and, most importantly, my daughter left happy. A 5/5 for the product itself! ​The Event Experience: Unfortunately, the organization was very poor. The event was advertised as "Free", but the reality was there was a long 40-minute queue followed by a mandatory purchase of items from the store to access the experience, which is misleading advertising. ​Furthermore, several promised elements in the promotion were absent or minimal: we never saw the "Golden Moon Surprise Cookies" with colored sprinkles and hidden prizes, and the promised atmosphere of "Photos, music, and a magical shine everywhere" was almost non-existent, with very little music played. ​I recommend the cookies for their taste, but Sweet Cheeks needs to be much more honest with its promotions (especially regarding cost and waiting time) to avoid disappointment in...
