We have always liked this place, but our last two experiences were not good. If you call in and the person taking your order is using the computer that doesn't store phone numbers, it takes quite a while for that person to enter all your info before they take your order. We ordered the Gai Poo lo mein for two and we got Moo Goo Gai Pan, not enough for dinner for two. When we called the restaurant, we got a giggling "Sorry. At least I didn't charge you for the more expensive meal." We chalked it up to a one time bad experience. Last night we called in an order that included 3 combos and several apps. Our order arrived missing one of the combos. When I called the restaurant, I was offered a "credit" for the combo. I explained that we had a hungry person who still wanted the meal now, I clearly irritated the person who answered the phone. Now, I understand Saturday nights are busy and they have other orders to deliver, but, in both cases, it was the attitude with which my problem was handled. As the drivers will tell them, we're pretty easy going and we appreciate the delivery service, so we're decent tippers. I placed a large order of chicken chow mein, pork friend rice, egg roll, general tso's chicken, and chicken lo mein, so I got to experience a variety of different dishes. They were very hit and miss, but mostly bad. The general tso's chicken and the egg roll were both pretty good, 7/10, but the rest was absolutely bland and disappointing. It wasn't burnt or under cooked or anything, but the ingredients were cheap and it was very under seasoned, which is the biggest offense a restaurant can make for me. 2/10.
